I embarked on my yoga journey as a young girl, but it was during Covid times that I began embracing yoga with a newfound seriousness. It became my sanctuary for physical health and mental well-being. As I learned more, I realized that yoga held a profound significance in my life—it was a gift meant to be shared. Following my heart, I completed my 200-hour training and obtained my certification. For over three years now, I have been wholeheartedly teaching yoga, conducting more than 500 classes. To me, yoga is not just about asanas; it encompasses an entire world of philosophy and mindfulness. My vision is to impart all that I have learned, from the profound principles to the physical postures, and show how to integrate these concepts into our lives both on and off the mat.
